Shipping Information
   As you have seen on our website, all the order will be shipped to you without charging;
In the conditions of retailing, International shipping are handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT Express, usually within 1 week; while for wholesaling, please free to contact us;
   After placing orders, please check your email to get the order confirmation, and you also can get a tracking number.
   All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the Express website.
   All the items will be delivered right to your door, therefore, please make sure that you will be at home when the packages are arrived.

Return Policy
 
   We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back.
  We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
 
 All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, no perfume smell with all tags attached. If it more than 7 days after you signed the parcel, we will not full refund to you, we can exchange dress for you within 10 days. 
 You may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price .
 
   All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you !
 
Exchanges
   We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 10 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. 
   We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges; you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. 
 If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
 
Order Cancellation
   Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
   If you placed an order or an offer , please pay or process it in 3 days(no more than 5 days), your order or offer may overdue and be canceled if you not pay or process them in time, then you should contact us before pay your order.
